The Thuriot mill offers direct selling of its local artisanal flours production and livestock feed stemmed from the local cereals. Wheats that are necessary to our flours fabrication exclusively come from the local farmers. Selection of the best wheats varieties to obtain a perfect balance between volume, cream colour of the crumb and crusty.
Productions: 450 and 550 flour types, wholemeal flour, pastries preparation, dried fruits, nuts, Muesli, cereals flakes.
