At the heart of the Bourbeuse valley, come and discover cattle rearing in a traditional farm of the Sundgau district. The Babé family will be happy to show you their farm. The suckling cows are Charolaise. Each year, calves are born and reared on the farm, first on their mothers' milk and then on grass from the pastures of the Bourbeuse valley, recently classified as a Natura 2000 protected area. On site, the meat is butchered, vacuum-packed in a laboratory, labelled and sold in 10 kg or more packages.
