API-DOUCEUR is a beekeeping operation located in the Ballon des Vosges Regional Nature Park in the Natura 2000 area.
We favour harvesting areas far from cereal-growing areas in order to produce quality raw honey and to preserve the health of our bees.
We produce honey from flowers, bramble, chestnut, lime, Jura fir, creamy honey, spring honey, dandelion, acacia, mountain honey, forest honey and sometimes Japanese knotweed.
We also offer Propolis, beeswax candles, fresh and dry pollen, honey-flavoured vinegar, chestnut honey gingerbread, cosmetics, etc.
We also breed Carnica queens and produce swarms.
