Closing concert of the Vocalises-Belfort 2024 season by the Ensemble Le Banquet Musical.
A two-part programme featuring two great composers of the 17th century: the German Dietrich Buxtehude and the Frenchman Marc-Antoine Charpentier. The genres of Cantata and Magnificat are present, but with different aesthetics, characteristic of the styles of the two countries.
