Fish breeding is a family tradition since several generations. However since 1989 Philippe Courtot is the first to have fish breeding as its principal occupation. He has the only hatchery in Franche-Comté, which you can visit by appointment.
Productions: carps, tenches, roaches, pikes, black bass, rods and gudgeons.
