With a week to go before the Aux Futurs Ancestraux exhibition closes, join exhibition curator Isabelle Arvers for a guided tour followed by a performance by artist Aniara Rodado.
The global games market is still dominated by Europe, the United States and Japan. That's why the 'Aux futurs ancestraux' exhibition takes a different perspective on art and games, echoing works conceived on the periphery of this global, globalising culture. Aux futurs ancestraux immerses us in other types of representations, landscapes, narratives and cosmogonies, and seeks to decolonise our imaginations through the co-construction of narratives born of the encounter between oral tradition, endogenous knowledge and the virtual worlds of video games.
