La stammtisch de Jeff

In Alsatian inns, a "stammtisch" is a table, open to meetings, where people sharing the same project or interest meet. A real institution, still alive and well in Alsace and Germany. Jean-François Dusart, alias Jeff, our chef-animator, proposes to import this beautiful idea to the Malsaucy. To combine conviviality and consultation in a workshop entirely outside.
