His pictorial career began in 1997 with inks in 65/50 format, and continues today with more matter, larger canvases and a desire to express the hidden side of human beings, to exalt sensations and feelings, and to translate into colours and images his reactions to current events both near and far.
Self-taught, he works on linen canvas stretchers using all materials except oil paint. His work is never totally figurative, nor totally abstract, but tends to be closer to expressionism and/or synthetism. Predilection for warm colours, but shifts to green and blue are always possible.
