Georges, a professor in spite of himself, is here to give a lecture but has no awareness of himself or the world around him. But he is determined to come to terms with the reality that eludes him. When his puppeteer tells him that he is old, an alcoholic, bankrupt, that his wife has left him and that he has no legs, he clings resiliently to his passion: skateboarding!
He's trying to understand his tumultuous past (from pork butcher to swimming champion...) and is striving to create his future, to invent his new life! But the evidence catches up with him: he's being manipulated. He'll come to accept it, because after all, isn't he just like everyone else: a puppet? Who is manipulating whom? That's the whole story of this headless lecture where the only reality is the one imagined by the audience.
