Details

This workshop is both tasty and creative, led by the culinary artist Ju Hyun Lee. She is inspired by a traditional Korean recipe, bat-bing-sou, to create with you a naturally sweet sorbet scented with local plants. Coffee-Vanilla-Sugar is a research project developed at the Lab'nature of the Maison de l'environnement to find local and artisanal alternatives to these three global products.
